Yes! We send emails and text messages (if you've opted in) to alert you to upcoming shipments in time for you to adjust, pause, or cancel your order. We'll also let you know once your order has been processed and is on the way.

All orders are processed at 12 a.m. EST on the scheduled order date.
To modify your order, log into your account and click on Subscription. 11:59 p.m. EST must make changes on the day before your scheduled order date.

It’s your choice. You have complete ownership over the frequency of your product orders. You can choose to receive your products every 4, 8 or 12 weeks. You can update the frequency of your subscriptions at any time.

Log in to your account and click on Subscriptions to manage active Subscribe & Save orders. You can make specific changes to each product/order:
- Change shipping address
- Change billing address
- Change the frequency of the delivery schedule
- Skip shipment
- Update quantity
- Add product
- Swap a product
- Edit payment method
- Cancel subscription
- Re-activate subscription

How do I change my address?
To change your address, be sure to update it in both your "My Account" and "My Subscriptions" portals. Although this requires an extra step, both should take only a minute to adjust and will help ensure your order arrives at the right place at the right time.
Log in to your subscription portal, select the link on the right side of the page labelled Edit Payment Method, and enter your new payment information.
