Ingredients

The mushrooms in Lenny's Kitchen Seven Mushroom Immunity Blend are grown naturally on wood in greenhouses. In the extraction process, the entire mushroom is used to ensure that the immune-enhancing beta-glucans and poly-saccharides are utilized to their full capacity. Each mushroom has been chosen to provide a synergistic effect on the liver, gut, kidneys, and immune system.

CHAGA: Contains potent immune-boosting properties that may benefit skin tone and texture.

CORDYCEPS: May improve physical performance and stamina via improved oxygen utilization.

LION'S MANE: Can boost brain and nerve health.

MAITAKE: Rich in beta-glucans, which can regulate and enhance immunity. It may reduce inflammation and support allergy response.

REISHI: High in Zinc, Vitamin C, and Selenium, which support the parasympathetic nervous system, promote relaxation response, and may help reduce stress and fatigue.

SHITAKE: Stimulates the immune system to help reduce the effects of infection

TURKEY TAIL: This can activate the immune function and support gut health by suppressing harmful bacteria.
